We are excited to announce that Spectoda, in partnership with Event Arena and ČSOB, has won second place in the Annual Awards of the Czech Event Association 2023 in the category "B2E events - to support employee relations." The award recognizes our joint efforts in creating a memorable and innovative event for ČSOB's employees – Inno Fair. The event was held on April 21, 2022.
Inno Fair was the first showcase of all innovation projects across the entire ČSOB banking group. It was designed for employees of all subsidiaries and sister companies. The fair served as both a showcase and an interactive presentation of the bank's individual projects and services. Employees had a unique opportunity to experience "their own" services. They used them from the client's point of view and got to know innovative projects of all development teams of the ČSOB Group.
The perfect location for Inno Fair was he underground garage in the ČSOB Campus. It provided a unique industrial atmosphere and great space for the audiovisual presentation of digital projects. The fair was divided into four pavilions and a total of 16 interactive displays powered by digital technology. Each with different ambient lighting.
The Spectoda team added light and visual elements. It complemented the individual kiosks, connecting all the pavilions into a large light show. The content for all installations was prepared by the employees of ČSOB themselves. They introduced the digital multi-layered projects in an entertaining and easy-to-understand way.
The success of Inno Fair was evident not just in the recognition from the Czech Event Association, but also in the visitors to the event. The fair was visited by members of the supervisory board of the parent company KBC from Belgium. At their request, the fair was prolonged by one day to allow more Belgian colleagues to visit.
