What you'll be doing with us- Administration and organisation: you will be responsible for issuing invoices, managing correspondence and documentation.
- Purchasing and Logistics. Maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Event management: organizing corporate events and teambuilding to support our corporate culture.
- HR support: preparation of documents for personnel matters and onboarding of new employees.
- Finance and Controlling: Participating in the preparation of budgets and controlling financial operations.
- Office Care: Ensuring that the office area is kept clean and tidy, managing office supplies and ensuring a smooth running working environment.
What skills do you need- Ability to react quickly and adapt to change and crisis situations.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position or in administration.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Independence, responsibility and a proactive approach to work.
- Knowledge of documentation and billing management systems (e.g. ClickUp).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Valid driving licence, type B.
