Anna Blažíčková succeeds in the Women in Tech 2025 program

Spectoda founder Anna Blažíčková has been selected for this year's Women in Tech educational program, which supports women in technology entrepreneurship. The program is run by the Czech Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Research Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Huawei.

Four female entrepreneurs with projects in the fields of technology, energy, education, and the creative industry successfully completed the fourth year of the program. During the year, the participants focused on business development, leadership, strategy, and the international reach of their projects. Spectoda thus appeared among the technology projects that are changing the Czech innovation scene.

  An inclusive dating app for people with health or social disadvantages.
• Jana Kočí – Uniwellsity
  An ed-tech platform focused on supporting students' mental health through personalized education.
• Anna Blažíčková – Spectoda
  An intelligent lighting control system that respects human biorhythms, promotes health, and reduces light pollution.
• Anna Chesnoková – StitchItOn
  An AI tool for creative pattern design for embroidery, crochet, and other crafts.

What the program brought to Spectoda

During the program, Spectoda experienced significant growth, including nearly double year-on-year turnover, and gained new opportunities for further development at the international level.
